This billing summary in Excel spreadsheet format was originally designed for an office of information technology that provides radio communication services. The downloadable package includes two formats, one-page template and two-page template.
The usual "Bill To" section is now renamed to "Agency". The labels in this section include "Account Number", "Name", "Department", "Contact or Operator", "Vehicle Number" - the later 3 fields are custom fields that are not defined in the default Access database file shipped with Invoice Manager for Excel.
The 2-page billing summary template has 55 lines on the detail section; whereas the 1-page billing summary format offers only 19 lines. The 1-page template was created by simply hiding the line 20 to line 56 of the 2-page template. Both templates connect to the same Microsoft Access database "c5122.mdb". While this is a billing summary template, the Excel worksheet sheet must be named "Invoice". This is a requirements of Invoice Manager for Excel (originally named Excel Invoice Manager).
