This template is created based on c4018 the third sample of consulting invoice. The template now features an abstract background image with 15% opacity that shows a programming scene with several smart devices around, including mobile phone, tablet and desktop computer (keyboard).

The usual "Bill To" section is now renamed to "Agency". The labels in this section include "Account Number", "Name", "Department", "Contact or Operator", "Vehicle Number" - the later 3 fields are custom fields that are not defined in the default Access database file shipped with Invoice Manager for Excel.

This template features a carton image that shows a carpenter holds a plasterboard or sheetrock. If you are offering services related to construction, wallcovering, dry wall, plywood, this design may be ideal for you.

This template is a revised version of our Attorney Invoice Template (South Africa Currency) (c5067). It now uses a new color schema, Agency FB fonts. In this Contractor Invoicing Layout, we use the "Bill To" found on the original invoice template for "Contractor", including name, Address, City State and ZIP, Phone, Email and Contractor#; and, we use the "Shipping To" section for "Client", including its Name, Address, City State and ZIP, as well as contact information.

However, if you don't have Invoice Manager for Excel installed, you should go to design mode manually in order to replace the default logo image that has the text "InvoicingTemplate.com" on it.

1. Unprotect the Excel spreadsheet by pushing down the "Design Mode" button on the "Invoice" worksheet.
2. Drag your mouse to select all the cells that you want to change the currency symbol for.
3. Right-click one of the selected cells, choose "Format Cells" from the shortcut menu.
4. On the "Format Cells" dialog box, go to the "Number" tab.
5. From the "Category" list, choose "Currency".
6. From the "Symbol" drop-down list, choose "Fulan (Nigeria)" or "Lbibio (Nigeria)". You can also choose to show the currency symbol "NGN" (Naira) from the list.
7. Once done, exit design mode.
8. Save the template by clicking the "Save" button on Excel quick access toolbar.

Subscription Invoice Template (Service) is a variant of Subscription Invoice Template (Sales). It differs from the original free invoice template by moving out all shipping fields.

With the help of this template, c2022 Blank Sales Invoicing Sample (One-tax, Long Description) or Blank Sales Billing Sample (One-tax, Long Description), the calculation of tax, as well as subtotal, total and balance due, all done in an automatic way using Excel formulas, so you never have to do it manually.

To insert a new row underneath the "Subtotal" row: Right-click the row header of the first tax row, and choose "Insert" from the shortcut menu. A new row is inserted, now you have to name the cells.

Since this template is service-orient, the shipping section is moved outside the printable area. The template is designed with an imaginary service company in mind. The main service offered by this company is to install lights for customers. It does not want to show invoice number (or proposal number, or quote number), customer # and customer name on the printed documents, so all these fields are moved outside the printable area. This is a big difference between a quote / proposal template and usual invoice template, yet Invoice Manager for Excel can handle this form without any problem.

As the name of this invoice template implies, it is a sales invoice template that has shipping information inside the printable range on the invoice form, and the prices or discounts are in percentage.

The additional fields, which are not present in the default sales invoice template that is shipped with Invoice Manager for Excel setup program, are placed outside the printable area (the area with white background color on the center of the invoicing form). This means that, the addtioanl fields will not be printed if you issue the Print command in Microsoft Excel. These addtional fields include: COMPOSER, INSTRUMENTATION, PUBLISHER, COMMENT, which are all added to the Excel invoice form as columns.
