This form is based on the Service Invoicing Template (c3008). It demonstrates how to use an image as the border of the invoice form.
The image border was added to the template as a background image. It occupies respectable space on the printable form, so we need to reduce the number of visible rows from 12 (as implemented in the original template) to 8. We also set all the paper margins to leave space for the image border. To make space for the quotation marks at the top left corner, we moved the logo image, which you should replace with your own business logo before you create your own invoices.
