Instead of paying a person, sometimes businesses choose a Corp to Corp (c2c) financial arrangement.
As detailed at Corp To Corp: Everything You Need to Know, employers favor corp to corp arrangements for three main reasons:
- It trims employment taxes;
- It cuts employment dangers (it's tougher to sue in a C2C relationship).
- It reduces the chances that the employer might be audited for worker misclassification.
We have already published professional invoice forms for independent contractor (c2032), featured in the gallery contractor and service. This corp to corp invoice template offers another form design.
Each Excel row on the detail section allows you to input two lines of text. This is useful if you need more space to describe the job, such as consulting. To leave space for the detail section, we also removed the usual "thank you for your business" line from the bottom of the form. This ensures that the form is printable with a single page of standard A4 / letter paper.
