The template works with both the Microsoft Store edition and the desktop edition of the app. Make sure you have installed one of them.
How to use:
This donation receipt template includes fields for organization name, address, contact information, donor name, several lines of description, amount, and a handwritten signature field.
While not required, this form includes a "Receipt#" field at the top of the form.
If you have used one of our templates for invoicing, you may already know it is just the "Invoice#" field. We placed a new label, "Receipt#", before the cell.
So all the features that Invoice Manager for Excel offers for the "Invoice#" field work for the "Receipt#" field too. For example, the automatic receipt numbering feature is able to generate a unique and sequential number based on a counter stored in the backend database. You can also retrieve information about an already-saved receipt by typing in the receipt number into the "Receipt#" field.
