General Purchase Invoice Template (Service, One Tax) is a customized invoicing form based on c2025 General Purchase Invoice Template (Sales, One Tax). It differs from the original edition by removing the shipping address section.
On InvoicingTemplate.com here we distribute Sales Invoicing Template and Service Invoicing Template with a simple rule - if an invoicing form contains a shipping address section, where you can fill in the address of products / goods should be delivered to, we say it is a sales invoice template. If a form contains no shipping address (or the shipping address section is out of the printable form), we say it is a service template. A service billing format, like this one, is suitable for service providers who don't delivery products and therefore don't need the shipping address fields on the form, for example legal, medical or health care, accounting or financial services, freelance work, designer, website development, copywriting & proof, consulting, handyman work, real estate, education, communications, housecleaning and babysitting, storage, processing, landscaping and gardening, auto repairs, catering, child care, pet care, advertising, tutoring, and other service businesses.
In order to create this template - "General Purchase Billing Template (Service, One Tax)", we moved out the shipping address fields out of the "Print_Area" range. In Excel spreadsheet documents, the range name "Print_Area" defines what part of the sheet to print when you issue the print command. If the name "Print_Area" is not defined, the whole sheet will be printed; otherwise, only the range defined by the "Print_Area" name will be printed. Put it in other words, it defines what area is the printable invoicing form.
To move out the address section, we first need to put the template into design mode. To do this, simply push down the "Design Mode" button on the "Invoice" ribbon tab. This commands unprotect the sheet and then push down the "Design" button on the "Developer" ribbon tab.
Once the template is in design mode, drag your mouse to select all the cells that you want to move, then push your mouse key down on the border of the selected area and without releasing the mouse key, drag the selected to its new location. It's that simple! Once finished, you need to click the "Design Mode" button on "Invoice" ribbon tab again to switch it off, so that Invoice Manager for Excel returns to its normal functional mode.
You can download any templates here on InvoicingTemplate.com for free and create unlimited invoices using the template. However Invoice Manager for Excel helps you in many ways. It makes your billing form a complete invoicing system that is able to track your customers, products, invoices and payments. Invoice Manager for Excel is not a free product, but within the free trial period it is fully functional. So why don't download it - at least it helps you a lot when you are customizing the template.
