Generic Service Bill Sample 2 was originally published on as a sample of customizing templates for Excel Invoice Manager. It is similar to c3002 - Generic Service Invoicing Template, but with the summary section ("Shipping and Handing", "Total", "Paid", "Total Due") moved to the top section near the "Bill To" section.

This free general service invoicing template in Excel format provides a blank invoicing form or blank sample service billing format that helps you create professional and printable service bills with an intuitive spreadsheet form.

Generic Service Bill Sample 2 is ideal for those small service business, freelancers or sole traders that don't need a shipping address section on their invoices. On the heading section, the first section is for your own store or shop information, including a default LOGO image, your service business name, address, city state and zip, and web site or contact number. To the right side of your store information, there are two important fields you should fill in when creating an invoice, the invoice# and invoicing date. If you have Invoice Manager for Excel (UIS) installed, the "Invoice Date" field is filled with current date, and "invoice#" is generated automatically when you click the "Save To DB" button.

The next section details your customer information and titled with "Bill To" and the summary section. The summary section was moved from the bottom of c3002 (Generic Service Invoicing Sample).

Below the customer section there are fields for you to input various invoicing-related information, including purchase order#, sales rep. name, shipping date, shipping method, payment term, due date. Again, if you don't need to have one or more fields to appear on your billing form, you can easily move them out of the printable area.

Like c3002 (Generic Service Invoicing Template), there are 3 columns on this spreadsheet design - line#, description and amount. The "Amount" field is manually editable/fillable on this invoicing sample.

Being an Excel-based invoicing template, all printing options can be easily customized. Open the template in Excel and then open the Page Setup dialog, where you can find various options for printing.
