This invoice template is designed for oil and gas exploration (hydrocarbon exploration) services. It is based on the Landman Invoice Template (cm002).
The form is an itemized service invoice template. It includes a project summary section that allows you to write down the key information about the exploration service rendered, such as the project name, time period, etc.
The "Message" box next to the "Bill To" section is a multiple-line text box.
The form has 10 printable columns: "Landman", "Days", "Per Diem", "Mileage", "0.445", "Meals", "Copies", "Tele/Misc.", "Motel", and "Totals" (i.e., "Line total").
The line total is the sum of the aforementioned items. It is calculated using a formula like this:
