Detail
The retainer invoice template shows advance payment in both percentage and amount on the bottom of the Excel spreadsheet form. The percentage is editable, the amount is calculated automatically using Excel formula.
This retainer billing sample is a revisited version of c6023 advance payment invoice template. The two templates have the same number of fields on the sheet, but with different form layout. With Invoice Manager for Excel, if a client pays more than required amount of an invoice, the overpaid amount is seen as credit, which can be post to the client's other pending invoices.
