This billing template is designed for preschool education businesses that provide extraordinary academics and programs to students in a safe, secure and encouraging environment, or provide fun-filled action packed educational summer camp / summer school.
In the "Bill To" section where we usually list all the client details, this form provides only one "Student Name" field, all the other fields like address, city, state and zip, phone etc., are all moved out of the printable form. As a service invoice template, it features no "Shipping to" fields.
This template features 11 columns on the detail section. The "Description", "Rate (Unit Price)" and "Line Total" columns work in a usual way like what they are on the general forms here on InvoicingTemplate.com. But the 7 "Date(s)" columns and 1 "Time" column are special.
All the 7 date(s) columns are defined as custom fields in the backend Access database, and formatted as "MM/DD/YY" in Excel sheets. That is, the "Date(s)" cells are designed to allow you enter dates to detail when the education programs are performed.
The "Time" fields are calculated automatically using formulas like this:
In this formula, "oknD1_1:oknD7_1" identify fields of the dates. So this formula counts the number of non-empty dates entered on the sheet. For example, if you enter two dates "1/2/17" and "1/3/17" under the "Date(s)" section for the "FT-BOWLING" program, the "Time" cell shows "2" because there are two non-empty cell under the "Date(s)" section.
