This form includes a number of fields designed especially for furniture stores and factories. The sheet is printable on two pages of A4 paper.

If you're looking for a general invoice form with a furniture theme, there is the one at Sample for Furniture and Appliances (c5100).

The heading portion is relatively large due to the number of fields added for the furniture business. It includes rows from $3 to $21. This portion is repeated on each page when you print it.

The "Copy on OTB", "Copy to SO", "Posted by", and "Date" fields are marked with italic fonts. These are not database fields but are for handwriting only.

The "Special Order" field is defined as a custom field. It is implemented as a drop-down list. The possible values are defined at $20:$21 ("Yes" and "No"). "Pickup Old Items" and "Instructions" are all text fields that allow you to show additional notes.

This template has 8 columns: "Product ID", "Location" (where the warehouse is, for example), "ATA", "Status", "Description", "QTY", "Unit Price", and "Line total".

The detail section expands to two pages (see our multiple-page invoice templates) and offers 42 lines in total.

The "Order is correct… " line is designed for handwriting too. The "Item Count" shows the total number of items ordered. It is calculated using the following formula:

=SUM(oknQuantity_1:oknQuantity_25)+SUM(oknQuantity_26:oknQuantity_42)

The fine print under the total item cell shows:

This template applies one tax at a rate of 7.375%. It is a combination of the Minnesota state sales tax of 6.88% and a special tax of 0.50%. You can find more information about this tax rate at Minnesota Local Sales Tax Rates. You can easily modify the tax name, rate, and even the number of taxes by visiting the "Taxes" tab of the "Settings" window.

The printable section ends with the "Delivered By:…" line. There are several more fields under that, including "Financing Account#" and "Extra Invoice Notes". These fields are saved to the database when you save an invoice but will not appear on printed invoices.
