How to use:

  1. Download the EXE package.
  2. Double-click to extract the files into a folder. Make sure you have full access privileges to the folder, such as a subfolder inside “My Documents”.
  3. Open the template.

Lightweight Proforma Invoice Format

This template is based on Proforma (3rd Sample of Customization) (c7013). In this updated version, we simplify the template design by removing zebra backgrounds and common usage explanations.

This template is filled with sample data in the detail section. This helps you understand how the line totals, subtotal, taxes, and total are calculated.
