This form was originally published as a tutorial for adding an image to the form. There is only one thing to note if you want to keep the image (the handwritten signature) when the invoice is extracted (or is generating a PDF version), and that is to name the image object with the "oknWidget_" prefix. Without this prefix, the image will be removed from the extracted version.
