This is a variant of the sales invoice template for Germany (c4098). This template differs from the original version in that it has all the shipping fields moved out of the printable form.
Like the original form, this template also has all the static text labels translated into German.
The VAT# ("MwSt#") cell is a custom field that is mapped to the "VATID" database field that is defined in both the "Customers" and "InvHdr" database tables. See the VAT invoicing template (c6008) for another sample.
