Shipping Invoice Template (2) is a variant of Shipping Invoicing Sample. This customized format differs from the original template in that the shipping invoices created by this template is printable on A4 paper with Landscape paper orientation.
All Excel-formatted templates created and hosted here on InvoicingTemplate.com are based on the default template shipped with Invoice Manager for Excel, which is our invoicing software that is able to turn a simple Excel spreadsheet template into a powerful invoicing program.
If you are interesting in how we created this customized shipping invoice format from the original shipping invoicing sample, here are the steps: unprotect the Invoice worksheet, switch to design mode, display row headings and gridlines of the Excel spreadsheet, resize columns to make it printable on A4 paper in Landscape orientation.
Since the paper is now in landscape orientation, we need to hide some rows to make the shipping invoicing layout be printable on a single page.
If you are looking for a Shipping Invoicing Sample in Microsoft Word format, we recommend this Excel Shipping Invoicing Format instead. As you can see from the above customization procedure, it is easier to create and format the shipping invoice form in Microsoft Excel.
