The template works with both the Microsoft Store edition and the desktop edition of the app. Make sure you have installed one of them.
How to use:
This estimate form features a special field, 'Interior Designer'. It has an icon button near it. Clicking the icon button will bring up a data list window where you can select the interior designer. This list uses the Sales Rep. Name table in the database. To set up your interior designers, first click the Settings button on the Invoice worksheet, then go to the Misc Data tab and click the Edit button on the Sales Rep Name line.
The detail section has 5 columns: 'Code', 'Description', 'Sq. Feet', 'Rate', and 'Total Amount'. The total amount is calculated using square feet and rates.
The bottom section summarizes a document, where you can find fields such as subtotal, tax, transportation, total, paid, and total due. All these fields are calculated using Excel formulas, except 'transportation' and 'paid', which are manually editable.
The 'Terms and Conditions' section shows you the terms and conditions for your products and services.
