This is a revised version of the Rental Invoice Template (c7001). It shows an image of a tourist in a limo. The images will appear on the PDF invoice and the printed copy.
It also adds a "Remark" field for you to fill in the driver's license in the United States or the international driving permit.
In the original version, the "Start Month" and "End Month", are formatted to show only the year and month. Since this template is designed for car rentals, we believe it is necessary to show an accurate "Start Date" and "End Date".
