Medical Billing Format

On the top of the spreadsheet, you'll first notice there is a logo image showing "InvoicingTemplate", which is a place holder of your own logo image. Next to the logo image is your hospital, clinic or home health care business name, slogan, street address, city state and ZIP, phone number, web address and etc. This should all be placed with your own information. On the top-right corner, you'll find the letters "MIDCICAL INVOICE" that are all in upper case, which indicates the type of this business document and usually you don't need to modify it.

  1. Push down the "Design Mode" button on the ribbon tab.
  2. Fill the following formula into the cell named "oknPaymentTerm":
    ="Net 30"
  3. By filling this simple formula into the cell, Invoice Manager for Excel will no longer write to this cell. This means the cell is read-only, and the value will always be "Net 30".
  4. Exit design mode by clicking the "Design Mode" button again.
  5. Save the invoice template.

Five Price Percentage Levels (Service, Custom Column)

Moving the location of a cell or field is easy in Excel. To do this, you first unprotect the sheet (if the sheet is protected), and then select all the cells or fields you want to move, and then drag the border of the selected area to move it to the new location. If you need to move an Active X control, such as the "select a shipping address" icon button, you first need to switch to design mode, and then click and drag the icon button to the new location - in this case, outside the printable area.

Excel is able to applied gradient fill effect to a single cell or several cells that are merged into single unit. So in this layout, we merge all cells on the top line into one and place the hotel name (motel name) there.
