Here are our templates closely related to Billing Software Exe For Excel.
The base template supports two taxes on the bottom of the form (The default tax names are set to PST - Provincial sales tax, and GST - stands for Goods and Services Tax. It is a federal sales tax, although you can easily change this via the Settings dialog box). For the purpose of this demonstration, we'll use only one tax.
This free template, just like all the other free invoice templates available here on InvoicingTemplate.com, is created from the default sales invoicing template shipped with Invoice Manager for Excel (UIS). The free job work invoice added several new fields that are not found in the default template, i.e. Start Date, Finish Date and Job Address. If you use the UIS version of this free Template, these are custom fields defined both on the database and the template level.
The goods and services tax (GST) is a tax that you pay on most goods and services sold or provided in Canada. In Alberta, Saskatchewan, Yukon, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Northwest Territories, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Nunavut, Ontario, Quebec and Prince Edward Island, the GST has been blended with the provincial sales tax and is called the harmonized sales tax (HST). Note that this free invoice sample designed by InvoicingTemplate.com is set up for a business in Ontario where the HST rate is 13% (as of April 1, 2013). You should change the HST rate according to the rate applicable in your province. For example, in B.C., the HST rate is 5% (as of April 1, 2013), in Nova Scotia, the HST rate is 15%, and in New Brunswick and Newfoundland/Labrador the HST rate is 13%. See GST/HST rates on Canada Revenue Agency to find out the rate that is suitable for your province. If you have Invoice Manager for Excel installed, changing the tax rate is as easy and simple - firstly, you click the Settings button on the Excel ribbon tab, and then go to the Taxes tab, fill in the tax rate percentage number into the first tax rate box, and then click "Apply". Click the Close button to close the Settings dialog box. Note that in order to make the change permanently, you'll need to click Excel menu File / Save to save the invoice template file - you have to do only once. This is because the default tax rate is saved into a hidden cell on the invoicing form.
This template is created based on c4018 the third sample of consulting invoice. The template now features an abstract background image with 15% opacity that shows a programming scene with several smart devices around, including mobile phone, tablet and desktop computer (keyboard).
The word art feature is an interesting and useful feature available in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Power Point. The basic usage of word art is described at Insert WordArt document on Microsoft's web site. With word art, you can create fancy text effects with just a few mouse clicks. Programs like Adobe Photoshop is able to create beautiful arts of word too, the advantages of using Office's built-in word art feature are obvious - it is simple, and the result is easily editable within Excel and Word itself.
This labor billing format for Excel is in Microsoft Excel spreadsheet "xlsx" format. A PDF format is also generated using Excel, including the document for this template. If you have Invoice Manager for Excel installed, the invoicing software app is able to create PDF invoice automatically and send to your clients with simple mouse clicks.
The 2-page billing summary template has 55 lines on the detail section; whereas the 1-page billing summary format offers only 19 lines. The 1-page template was created by simply hiding the line 20 to line 56 of the 2-page template. Both templates connect to the same Microsoft Access database "c5122.mdb". With this formula, if you enter a non-zero value into the "Amount saved to DB" column outside the printable area, the "amount" field inside the printable area shows the value normally; if the entered value is zero, then the corresponding cell inside the printable section shows the text "FREE". With this mechanism, a musician or artist is able to clearly list gift with no charges on invoices, and the client who is invoiced is able to know that he received something for free.
This template is created for businesses who sell goods. For a job estimating and quoting template, visit Job Estimate Template for Excel. For a general estimate template, see General Estimate Template.
The value of the "Quantity" is calculated using an Excel formula like this, where "_?" is the line number:
We also moved the "oknWhoID", which is titled "Client#", out of the printable area. The "Country" field is deleted and replaced with the "Email" field, which has the cell name of "oknWhoEmail". If Invoice Manager for Excel is installed on your computer, you can send the healthcare invoice to your client with one click of mouse, in PDF or image format - UIS also allows you to send invoice in Excel spreadsheet format, but this is not recommended as the spreadsheet format is easily editable.
In some businesses the number of products or service items offered are limited, i.e. the client / customers always order the same group of products / services from the company. It would be nice to have the invoice form always leaves the item#, item description, or even item unit price there and does not change them from invoice to invoice. We call these static or fixed items because they don't change. Using static and fixed items prevent you from type or choose the same product items again and again, saving your time and avoiding typo mistakes. The fixed items even won't get cleared when you execute "Clear & New" with Invoice Manager for Excel installed - it sounds interesting because the "Clear & New" command is designed to clear all the content to make it a blank invoice form for next new invoice. So how do we tell the "Clear & New" command not to touch the items that shouldn't change from invoice to invoice?
Want to give your order invoices a professional look? Start with this template, and you'll have eye catching invoices that are easy to fill in and ready to send to your customers in no time. Just like the sales invoice edition, this service edition has the text labels translated into French, with the exception that the " Expédié à/ Ship To" section was now moved out of the printable area.

As the name implies, the price on this template including tax, so that the total, which is calculated by "Price * Quantity", includes the VAT amount. The VAT amount column inside the printable invoicing form is calculated with the formula "Total (VAT) - Total (Net), where the "Total (Net)" is calculated with a formula like "Total including VAT / (1 + VAT Rate)" if the item that is being invoiced is taxable; or the "Total (Net)" equals to "Total (VAT)" if the current item is not taxable.
