Subscription Invoice Template (Sales) adds two new columns, Start Month and End Month to the invoice body. It is suitable for products that are subscription or rental based for which a date range should be detailed.

This template is created based on c2004 Service Invoice with Payment Advice in the service invoice templates category. In this new design, the payment advice is still there located near the "Bill To" section. In fact, c2040 and c2004 has exactly the same number of database fields, and the field layouts are similar too. But the two forms look very different at first glance. If you prefer this lightweight invoice layout but still want a logo image on the form, it is easy to add one if you have the latest version of Invoice Manager for Excel installed. To do this, simply click the "Replace logo image" command on the "Invoice" ribbon tab. This will open a dialog box that asks if you want to add a new logo image since there is no default logo image placeholder on the form. Confirm that you want to add a logo image, and then browse to and choose the your own logo image. The newly added logo image will be in design mode, which allows you to resize and move the image, and there are even more options you can use to adjust the image if you right-click the image and choose Properties. The options on the Properties pane are provided by Microsoft Excel, but not Invoice Manager for Excel. As you can see, one of the advantages of Invoice Manager for Excel, compared to other invoicing solutions, is that it utilizes the full power of Microsoft Excel, so that you can easily design / customize the invoice form with familiar tools. This lightweight sales invoice template, just like the other invoice templates available here on InvoicingTemplate.com, are just samples on how to customize the default invoice template shipped with the Invoice Manager for Excel installation program, although they could be used directly without any modifications.

The "Paid" and "Balance Due" cells, which are put inside the printable form in the default template shipped with Invoice Manager for Excel, were now moved out of the "Print_Area" section. This simplifies the form layout. If you need to keep these fields on the printed bills or the PDF version, move them back by following the instructions detailed in the "Create Invoice Template" document.
